Maxine Martell has provided valuable
pro-bono services while serving on Boards
and Executive Committees of non-profit

During the seven years she served on the
Board of Directors of the MIT Enterprise
Forum of NYC, she used her extensive
marketing experience and visionary talent
to create compelling sold-out profitable
events. Their success heightened brand
recognition, engaged the community, and
furthered economic development.

During the five years she served on the
Board of WPBT2, now South Florida PBS,
the organization evolved from being a TV
channel to a multi-platform content
provider. As a Board member, she served
on the Audit and Personnel Committees.
She developed the concept for the video
documentary "Cuba and the Jews: The
Untold Story" as part of the Channel's
expansion in the Hispanic market. She
provided informal advisory services to the
COO, now CEO.
